Structure index

Seven corrugated structures.

Corrugated packaging is described by structure first and size second. Below is what each structure is, how it behaves, and the situation it is normally specified for. Any of them can be carried straight into a quotation request.

Available for quotation, subject to specification review.

RSC

Regular Slotted Carton

All flaps are the same length; outer flaps meet at the centre of the box.

The most widely produced corrugated style. One sheet, scored and slotted, with outer flaps meeting at the centre seam. Efficient in material use, which usually makes it the most economical structure for a given size.

CSB

Custom-Sized Shipping Box

Dimensions built around the product rather than a stock size.
